Refund and Return Policies

Product Quality Assurance:

WE ARE PROUD TO ASSURE THE QUALITY of everything we sell. If you encounter any product quality issues, manufacturing defects, a mistake on our or suppliers part, please contact us. We will give you a choice of a replacement or exchange for your purchase. For all returns, please read the following information clearly. If you do not fully agree or understand the following information, please contact us before purchasing.

You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

1. You received a damaged item from the courier

2. Your item is faulty within three (3) days of receipt (if problems arise after this period, do not worry all our items come with original manufacturer warranty)

3. The item(s) shipped to you is not what you ordered

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

It is within three (3) days from the delivery date

You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).

The goods must be in new condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.

The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information.

Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable.

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please fill in the Returns Form and send the item through Poslaju to:

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Poslaju to monitor your shipment to us.

We will conduct an evaluation within five (5) business days of receiving your returned items.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form. We will not reimburse the courier charges to you except purchase credit. If the packaging is damage or any accessories are missing for the items purchase we will deduct the accessories fees or repacking fees from the purchase credit.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you by your own cost. We will not reimburse your courier charges.

All Refunds are issued in the form of cheque payments.
