MCSB started in 1983 by involving in small scale repairs and maintenance for small project secured fromJabatan Kerja Raya, Sarawak as it holds a Class F license from JKR then.

MCSB started to venture into shipping business acting as owners and charterers agents for ships calling at Bintulu Port for Petronas Tankers Sdn. Bhd.

In 1998, MCSB ventured into the marine supplies business supplying the ships calling at Bintulu with ships’ spares and dry provisions and also industrial gaseous. MCSB also handed repairs and maintenance of the ships’ equipment as and when required by the ships. In view of the rapid economic development taking place in Bintulu for the oil and gas related business, in 1998 MCSB applied and secured a Public Bonded Warehouse License. With this License MCSB applied and secured a lease of land from Bintulu Port Authority to construct a Public Bonded Warehouse at the vicinity of the Port area.

MCSB is currently in the shipping agency, forwardind, handling, marine supplies, supplies of diesel/lubricants, and warehouses rental providing services to major clients like MISAK, MLNG, TL Offshores, Drew Ameroids etc.
